The milestone transaction between Prysmian and Draka has been closed
successfully and the task of integrating our two businesses is now underway. As
a result of the combination we now have a presence across 50
countries with 98 plants supported by 22,000 employees. We have also
significantly expanded our product and service offer in terms of products,
brands, technologies and most importantly, customer service.
