Local responsibility
Draka operates on the basis of decentralised control, with the respective divisions being responsible for both
revenue and results. Draka Holding determines the overall strategy and is
responsible for treasury and control, the procurement of raw materials such as
copper and plastics, legal and taxation affairs, human resources, corporate communication, and
information and communication technology.
European Works Council
In accordance with the applicable law and regulations, Draka has a European
Works Council. This consists of employee representatives who meet with the Board
of Management to discuss a range of topics, including Draka’s strategy,
financial results and organisational issues.
