Draka EP engineers all its products to meet the global demand for high-performing, durable and safe elevator cable and components. Draka EP’s plants in Malaysia, China, the Czech Republic, Spain, Brasil and the United States fabricate cables, cable assemblies, and elevator components for use all over the world. Together, these facilities employ hundreds of people dedicated to the design and production of products for a demanding elevator world.

Draka EP also offers some very special services that speed installation. Connectorized traveling and hoistway cable literally makes installation a ‘snap’. Stripping Whisper-Flex® compensating cable at one end is another service requested by customers that saves time and money during installation. Another convenient time and money-saving service Draka offers is matching our cables with electrical and mechanical components, brackets, hardware and even tools - and packaging them together into convenient installation kits.

In order to make sure Draka EP’s products arrive at the customer’s worksite in a timely fashion, international distribution centers organize, package and load hundreds of orders daily. Draka’s global distribution network makes sure that the products are available anywhere in the world.

Draka’s trained staff of customer service representatives who work extended hours to answer customers’ questions and take their orders makes purchasing Draka EP products a simple task. Experienced application engineers also provide telephone and on-site installation support.
